Judging by the turnout of Gay Affair’s launch event at Kink on Wednesday 3 June, Cape Town is certainly ready to upgrade from reheated sausage rolls. Amidst a cloud of bubbles and pink feathers, a distinguished crowd of Capetonians picked at delicacies by Food Fanatics and cupcakes by Lazari. A decadent affair indeed, with live entertainment by Lonesome Dave Ferguson and décor by Display Scenes.
